New Patient Registration

doctor_examining_earThe doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area (our catchment area is one mile radius of New Malden High Street). We are currently accepting new patients.

We can only accept new patients who live in our practice area and are eligible for NHS treatment. When new patients register they must bring with them their medical card or complete a registration form obtained from the reception.  Proof of current address and right of abode in the UK must be produced: a recent utility bill and passport will be accepted.

Then, we will ask you to make an appointment to see the practice nurse for a new patient health check. Although this is optional we strongly advise all new patients to have a health check.

For patients age 40-74 we offer the NHS health check.  Patients are entitled to an NHS health check once every 5 years
