Wuhan Novel Coronavirus (WN-CoV)

Due to the reported virus in China, the advice received from Public Health England is as follows:

If you or a family member are feeling unwell with symptoms of shortness of breath, cough or sore throat and have travelled or lived in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in the 14 days prior to feeling unwell, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE SURGERY. Please call NHS 111 for further advice and guidance.

Online Access

You can now sign up for online services if you are aged 16 or over.

This will enable you to make appointments online, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record online, including your medical history, immunisations, test results, medications and allergies.

This service is called Patient Access. To sign up you will need to come into the surgery with one form of photo identification. You must come in person and this cannot be done on someone else's behalf.
